With years of hands on culinary experience he presents a menu that allows the diner to enjoy tastes from around the world, based on Roberts travels and the many terpenes present in his cannabis varieties.
Nico Beatson
Nico is a passionate patient, activist, and enthusiast who has embarked on a lifelong journey of discovery at a young age, traveling the world in pursuit of knowledge. With background as an experienced chef and artist, Nico has shared classrooms, kitchens, and stages with industry titans. Today, he's on a mission to merge his dual passions: cannabis and high-end cuisine.
